The home page provides an interface for students to browse vacancies and internships by category. Three navigation buttons are placed in the top section, and unauthorised users see a sign-in button for the personal account.

The login form requires a username and password. Registration is restricted because the platform was created for the university, so new users can only be added by an administrator.

To apply, the student selects “Apply for this vacancy” and opens an application form with separate fields for full name, email, CV link, study group, and cover letter.

All student applications are visible in the Django admin interface, and students can apply to multiple vacancies.

The website also includes a Contacts page with current Career Center information and an embedded Google Map so students can build a route to the office.

Students can open a personal account from the top navigation. This section contains their current profile information and points rating, which determines the vacancies available to them.
